Michael Cooper
Michael Cooper is the Founder of Subie Doctor who has a strong passion for fixing Subaru’s and being able to build and grow a successful business that puts the staff and customers first. Michael has a brilliant skill set including specialised Subaru knowledge, a high attention to detail and always exceeding client expectations. Michael carries out services and repairs on vehicles, while providing technical training for technicians, Apprentice training, Quality control and Road testing with customers to demonstrate concerns. Michael has over 27 years experience specialising in Subaru vehicle repair, with 11 of those years working as a Workshop Foreman in a Subaru dealership. Michael has won many awards, including:
- 2013 Subaru World technical competition – 1st Place
- 2012 Australia’s Best Subaru Technician & Qualified for Subaru Worlds Technical Competition in Japan
- 2011 Subaru World Technical Competition – 4th place
- 2010 Australia’s Best Subaru Technician & Qualified for Subaru Worlds Technical Competition in Japan
Michael’s favourite interest is motor racing, specifically drag racing.
