Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Subie Doctor (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Australia.

Entrants must be residents of NSW at the time of entry and at the time of the prize draw. Proof of residency may be requested.

Entrants under the age of 18 years must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter the competition and claim the prize.

Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and associated agencies connected with the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition commences on the date the promotional post is published and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 02/06/2026 (“Competition Period”).

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must during the Competition Period:

1. Follow @SubieDoctor on Instagram
2. Like any of the competition posts
3. Comment “SUBIEFUEL” on the competition post

Each eligible participant who completes the above steps will receive one (1) entry into the draw.

5. Bonus Entries

Participants may receive five (5) bonus entries by:

• spotting the Subie Doctor bus during the campaign period,
• taking a photo or video of the bus, and
• posting the content to Instagram or facebook while tagging @SubieDoctor.

Bonus entries are only valid where:

• the participant’s account is public at the time of judging,
• the tag is visible and valid, and
• the content is posted during the Competition Period.

Multiple bonus entries are permitted, provided each submission is unique.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive AUD $3,000 in fuel vouchers, fuel cards, prepaid cards, or another method determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

The prize:

• is not transferable,
• is not refundable, and
• cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if required.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the competition closing date.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @SubieDoctor account only.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

9. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of identity, age, parental or guardian consent (where applicable), and residency.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

• breaches these Terms & Conditions,
• engages in unlawful or improper conduct, or
• manipulates or tampers with the entry process.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

Entrants completely release Instagram and Facebook from any liability associated with this promotion.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• technical malfunctions,
• lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries,
• unauthorised access to entries, or
• any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.

12. Privacy

By entering the competition, entrants agree that the Promoter may collect and use their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner.

13. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the competition where reasonably necessary.

Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
